Senior Analyst, Financial Planning (FP&A) (Hybrid Work Schedule)

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high levels of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Monitor facility performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage emergency response protocols and conduct regular drills to enhance preparedness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations or facility management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend work required.
