About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Knowledge of network architecture and design principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
    • Hands-on experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
