Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities to support strategic planning and business performance.
  • Analyze financial results, operational trends, and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and variance analysis.
  • Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and continuous improvements to reporting processes.
  • Partner with Finance and operational leaders to evaluate business performance, operational expenses, payroll, commissions, and budgeting initiatives.
  • Affiliate in strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, supporting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Expected California Pay Range

$80,642 USD - $92,747 USD
