Key Activities
- Understand and analyze portfolio developments and craft the language used for marketing material, portfolio reports, and other collateral in support of capital raising activity, with a focus on large investments, meaningful realizations, valuation drivers, and other relevant developments in a given period.
- Prepare, optimize and publish digital content for multiple online channels and targeted campaigns.
- Pitchbook updates and population of update presentation templates (increasingly utilizing AI).
- Preparation of compelling content for client publications and client events, including Academies, investor calls, due diligence days, etc.
- Oversee and respond to client requests relating to direct infrastructure focused investment programs.
- Take responsibility in projects to support the development and growth of the team.
What We Expect
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in a similar role in the financial industry: investment banking, financial advisory, management consulting, or experience in the investment management industry is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials with a post-secondary degree, ideally in a business field.
- A strong understanding of and interest in infrastructure investment, private markets, portfolio management, institutional investment, and associated trends.
- Excellent ability with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong foundation of project management skills.
- Strong writing skills, flawless command of written English and a solid understanding of the financial industry/private markets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices.
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload while delivering zero default.

Our Compensation Philosophy
- Our compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives.
- The base pay range for this role is $87,000 - $106,000 and a performance-based bonus and equity are additional parts of the total compensation package.
