About the role
Digitas is seeking a proactive and collaborative Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our proprietary, generative AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and internal stakeholder teams to help define, document, and deliver innovative AI-powered and digital products for agency operations and client projects. You’ll leverage your analytical, communication, and project execution skills to support requirements gathering, solution documentation, testing, and platform enhancements for both our internal agency users and external clients. You’ll help bring generative AI-driven features and workflows to life by executing day-to-day product analysis activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering by participating in research, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts under the guidance of Product Managers or senior team members.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of product and functional documentation - including requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria - using industry standards and company templates.
- Help translate requirements into clear user/process flows, data models, and analysis matrices with support from senior product and technical team members.
- Support Product and Engineering teams by helping communicate and clarify requirements, capture technical feedback, and document product specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and share timely updates on assigned tasks, requirements, and progress.
- Assist QA efforts by reviewing test cases, documenting and tracking defects, and helping validate the quality and accuracy of AI-driven features and enhancements.
