Senior Analyst, Business & Economic Development

We’re hiring a Business & Economic Development Analyst (III/Senior) to turn complex industrial‑customer and project data into insights that drive growth. You’ll steward our CRM/pipeline, build dashboards and business‑plan reporting, analyze load/sales trends, support site selection and RFIs, and deliver executive‑ready materials. The Analyst (III/Senior) plays a key role in supporting the economic development and industrial accounts teams. This position serves as the central resource for business planning and performance reporting—covering AGM, load and growth metrics, CRM/project pipeline, line‑extension activity, and other economic‑development measures—translating complex data into clear insights and decision‑support materials. Provide analytical, reporting, and operational support for industrial customers, economic‑development projects, and growth initiatives across the service territory.
