Job Description

The Marketing Science team at Agency Hearts & Science is pivotal in delivering modern agency services. We partner with strategy and investment teams to achieve and exceed our clients' business goals. Senior Analysts focus on hands-on analysis and execution, coordinating with the team.

External Facing Responsibilities

  • Executing the measurement plan
  • Production of campaign reports and analysis to measurement plans
  • Development of dashboards in data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • On-going data QA to ensure accuracy of data used for reporting and analysis
  • Development of observations and actionable insights around campaign results
  • Data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides
  • Presenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly phone calls

Internal Facing Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Strategy and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development, and ongoing budget / plan optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments through training
  • Project manage key monthly deliverables, supporting junior offshore team members

Required Skills

  • Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from high volume, multi-dimensional data to investigate complex business problems and inform decision making
  • Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
  • Solution development: analytic skills, critical thinking, and clarifying strategic & operational issues related to data and analytics
  • Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations

Education and Experience

  • A university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting
  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required

Pay

$40,000 - $75,000

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
