Senior Analyst - Beaker

About the role

The Managed Services Senior Analyst provides EHR design, build, sustain and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic’s more complex clients. They bring strong technical and soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform most of the day-to-day work for our clients
• Understand and troubleshoot EHR systems
• Collaborate with Application Advisors and Senior Application Advisors for oversight and assistance

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in EHR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with EHR system design and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHR systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of EHR system architecture and best practices
