Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. This role supports the execution of data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in data analysis and a desire to grow technical skills while contributing to cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.
  • Conduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support alignment between analytical work and business goals.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide data support.
  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Use analytical tools to uncover trends and insights from complex datasets.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update standard and ad hoc reports with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support efforts to ensure reporting and analysis meet compliance standards.
  • Engage in internal training and development to strengthen analytical skills.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or a related field (matching current Analyst level).
  • Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.
  • Proficient with Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with concepts and governed metric definitions.
  • Prefered domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy.
  • Experienced working with pharmacy and medical claims data.
  • Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
  • Exposure to Agile practices and cross-functional project work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area)

Salary Range

  • New York, NY: $124,000 USD - $155,000 USD
  • Denver, CO: $113,600 USD - $142,000 USD
  • Charlotte, NC: $103,200 USD - $129,000 USD
