Senior Analyst, Analytics - Client Reporting

About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. This role supports data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights. The ideal candidate has a foundational background in data analysis, a desire to grow technical skills, and a commitment to cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.
- Maintain clear, organized documentation of query logic and methodologies for transparency and repeatability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align analytical work with business goals.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand project needs and provide data support.
- Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Use analytical tools to uncover trends and insights from complex datasets.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update standard and ad hoc reports with guidance from senior team members.
- Support compliance efforts to ensure reporting and analysis meet regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality-control reviews and help maintain documentation and consistency across deliverables.
- Engage in internal training and development to strengthen analytical skills.
- Adhere to the Judi Health Code of Conduct, including reporting noncompliance.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.
- Proficiency with Python for data analysis.
- Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with governed metric definitions.
- Preferred domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy.
- Experience working with pharmacy and medical claims data.
- Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
- Exposure to Agile practices and cross-functional project work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Schedule
Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office (offices in NYC, Denver, CO, and Charlotte, NC area).
Pay
- New York, NY: $124,000 – $155,000 USD
- Denver, CO: $113,600 – $142,000 USD
- Charlotte, NC: $103,200 – $129,000 USD
