Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly consulting calls with clients.
  • Advise clients and clarify what you would do if this were your brand.
  • Solve Amazon challenges and guide clients through key projects.
  • Track progress and provide clear next steps.
  • Daily support via Slack & Email.
  • Attend weekly training and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Full-time, remote.
  • 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience, managing brands with a minimum of $10M+ in revenue.
  • PPC expertise: Managed $50k monthly ad budgets minimum.
  • Seller Central pro: Quickly navigate and optimize.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a relentless work ethic to maximize earning potential.

Pay

Yearly total pay: $250,000–$350,000+, based on performance and Revenue Share (no cap).

Includes: Base guaranteed salary: $120,000. This is your guaranteed pay during ramp-up, even before you have a full client portfolio. Within 120 days, with a full client portfolio, consultants earn at least $17,500 in monthly salary and continue to grow from there. Our top consultants earn $300,000+ per year.
