About the role

The Senior Alumni Relations Manager will execute and continuously strengthen a high-impact alumni engagement strategy focused on advancing classical liberal ideas. This leader will steward and activate a growing network of alumni, helping deepen engagement, strengthen connections, and increase the network's long-term influence and effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement over time.
• Build trusted relationships across a diverse policy network.

Requirements

• Preference is for candidates available to work in person in Arlington, VA.
• Remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Relationship-oriented operator who excels at translating strategy into execution.
• Experience in developing and executing alumni engagement strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse policy network.
