Senior Alliance Manager

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage alliance lifecycle, overseeing strategic and operational activities for partners
• Plan and coordinate contractual implementation activities between teams and partners
• Lead cross-functional partnership teams to achieve milestones and deliverables
• Act as primary contact for partners, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Assess alliance health and strengthen relationships at all levels
• Advocate for partner needs within the organization and address them appropriately
• Identify and resolve misaligned expectations, escalating issues when necessary
• Monitor performance against key performance indicators and propose value-creating opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or 8+ years with a master's, 5+ years with a PhD, or 3+ years with PharmD/MD in relevant fields
• Minimum of 5 years in partnerships or account management, particularly in pharma or diagnostics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with complex scientific concepts and corporate software like Microsoft applications and Salesforce
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for meetings and conferences
• Experience in companion diagnostics partnerships and GxP environments is preferred

Pay

$167,940 – $230,895 annually
