Senior Alfresco Developer

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a remote Senior Alfresco Developer . In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) to extend Alfresco functionality. Major duties Develop and maintain Alfresco extensions using the Alfresco SDK, AMP packaging, and REST APIs. Work across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficacy of assigned componentsIntegrate Alfresco with external systems using CMIS, web services, and custom connectors. Administer Alfresco environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, security management, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and operational support. Backup and disaster recovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers. What are we looking for? 7 years of Alfresco experience, including managing the digital platform, defining architecture, configuration and customization expertise, integrations to other systems, scoping and sizing work, assisting with backup and disaster recovery strategies. Proficient in .NET 10.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio, with a strong grasp of modern design principles. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database management, including T SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning for complex systems. Skilled in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery. Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies. Proficient in Bitbucket for version control. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in complex environments. Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to-modern system transformations.
