Senior AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful Proof-of-Value experiences by aligning customer goals with the company’s capabilities
• Build strong relationships with data science and AI engineering teams throughout the AI observability journey
• Lead ongoing technical engagements and ensure customer feedback influences product development
• Master the company’s platform and promote observability best practices in AI
• Write custom integration code to ensure seamless data ecosystem connections
• Build and refine integration patterns to expedite customer value realization
• Identify new opportunities for the company’s impact to promote renewals and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5-7+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining AI models in production environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and ownership for delivering value
• Passion for continuous learning and desire to inspire others

Pay

$164,000 – $215,000 annually
