Senior AI Software Engineer

About the role

Design and build production-grade AI agent systems, including multi-agent workflows and orchestration layers. Develop retrieval, context, and memory systems for grounding AI outputs and supporting multi-step workflows. Create AI-powered decision-support systems meeting accuracy, traceability, and explainability requirements. Develop distributed backend services, event-driven workers, and multi-stage processing systems for reliable AI output delivery. Build intuitive user experiences using React and TypeScript to make complex AI capabilities understandable. Establish patterns for AI quality assurance, including automated evaluations, regression testing, and compliance guardrails.

What You'll Need

• Five or more years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems from design to production.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, including agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and production AI pipelines.
• Strong Python expertise for asynchronous services, type-safe application development, and scalable backend systems.
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise for building polished, reliable, and maintainable product experiences.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, context engineering, or other retrieval-based AI architectures.
• Fluency with relational databases and strong data-modeling judgment.
