Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise & Operational Support - Develop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts, ensuring seamless integration with existing residential real estate systems and operational processes.
  • Ensure AI models and solutions are built with scalability, reliability, and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulations.
  • Ensure AI development follows SitusAMC standard processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a primary contact for delivery team questions; provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Aid in defining and refining acceptance criteria and success measures for backlog tickets to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment to expected outcomes.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of delivery team work; identify trends, document findings, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Leadership Support & Cross-Team Collaboration - Serve as a designated backup for the VP during absences or as assigned; ensure continuity of operations and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Represent team standards and processes in meetings and working sessions; ensure guidance and decisions are documented and communicated to the team.
  • Cook up with the VP, stakeholders and relevant partner teams to support project planning, execution and end-to-end testing.
  • Execute high-impact AI use cases in areas such as automation of existing services and products, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Training & Documentation - Maintain and continuously improve delivery team training documentation, job aids and process references.
  • Plan and execute onboarding and ongoing training for the delivery team, ensuring consistent understanding of standards, workflows, and quality expectations.
  • Partner with the Training department to design and launch formal training curricula when appropriate; gather requirements, validate content accuracy, and support rollout and adoption.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a subject matter expert or trainer imbedded in a delivery team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
  • A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s guiding principles.
