Senior AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own multiple high-priority workstreams and ensure project health through proactive risk management
• Facilitate solution development with experts and create detailed project plans
• Lead regular governance meetings and provide executive-level project updates
• Work with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA stakeholders to ensure adherence to timelines
• Utilize enterprise project management platforms and collaboration tools
• Guide teams through change management and assess impacts of shifting priorities
• Contribute to development of PMO processes, playbooks, and training materials

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience
• Proven record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strong leadership under pressure with accountability and clarity

$120,000 – $135,000 annually
