Senior AI Governance Analyst
IDR is seeking a Senior AI Governance Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to ensuring responsible and compliant adoption of AI technologies within a highly regulated industry.
About the role
Serve as the operational backbone of the AI governance program, reporting into the Privacy team under senior privacy counsel. Manage AI asset inventory, risk assessments, compliance tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Collaborate across IT, Legal, Privacy, R&D, and other departments to ensure AI is adopted responsibly and legally. Support regulatory compliance initiatives related to emerging AI legislation and standards. Develop and maintain governance policies, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and effective monitoring.
Requirements
- Preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, or governance within highly regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Working knowledge of responsible AI principles and associated risks including bias, transparency, and data privacy.
- Familiarity with AI-related regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act, FDA guidance, or similar legislation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and produce clear reports.
- Demonstrated experience administering governance or compliance processes, including inventory management and risk assessments.
