Senior AI Engineer – LLM / Agents

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI models and large language models (LLM) to enhance operational efficiency and automate decision-making processes within the company's systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large language models (LLMs) and other AI applications to improve operational workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and their potential impact on operations.
• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
• Train and mentor junior team members in AI development and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience with large language model (LLM) development and optimization.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Passionate about using AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
