Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features across a TypeScript/Node API, a Python agent runtime, and a Next.js frontend architecture.
• Build and harden agentic workflows with humans-in-the-loop, including drafting pipelines, review queues, and escalation logic to ensure output quality.
• Develop quality infrastructure including eval sets that gate CI, guardrails traced to real incidents, and regression tests that pin every fix.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software across the stack with high proficiency in both TypeScript and Python.
• Successfully shipped at least one LLM-powered system to real users, featuring robust evals, guardrails, and failure-mode management.
• Demonstrates high CLI fluency and experience building custom harnesses, such as MCP servers or context engineering tools, to direct agents effectively.
