You will lead the technical delivery of AI reliability and security platforms within complex enterprise Kubernetes environments. As a hands-on individual contributor, you'll manage the deployment, configuration, and operationalization of critical infrastructure for strategic customers in regulated sectors. Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure enterprise-grade AI deployment tools using Helm across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift environments.
• Own technical relationships with strategic enterprise customers, leading them from initial architecture design through to full production readiness.
• Automate and troubleshoot infrastructure using Terraform while ensuring high standards for observability, networking, and system security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or hands-on customer-facing engineering for complex software.
• Expert-level knowledge of production Kubernetes, including Helm, ingress, networking, storage, and secrets management.
• Proven track record of deploying and debugging distributed systems within major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
