This is a 100% remote contract-to-hire position for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer. The role involves owning projects from 0 to 1, focusing on core innovations to improve enterprise productivity via automation using Agentic AI.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for complex enterprise workflows using Azure Agentic AI Platform such as Autogen.
- Utilize Github AI Copilot to accelerate development and automate data pipeline creation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI solutions.
- Perform test case generation, test data generation, and test automation using Generative AI.
- Conduct API testing using Playwright, JMeter, Postman, and REST API tools.
- Apply strong experience with LLM prompt engineering.
- Work with Microsoft ecosystem tools and services.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Software development using C# or Java, with Full Stack experience (C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python).
- 2+ years of work experience with Microsoft Azure.
- 2+ years of work experience with C#.
- 5+ years of Software Development experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plan.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
- Knowledge of the MCP framework.
- Strong experience with LLM prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of NLP and LLMs.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
- Experience with Cursor or similar No Code/Low Code AI coding tools is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Copilot extensibility, Semantic Kernel (including planner, memory, and connectors), and prompt orchestration is a good to have.
- Knowledgeable in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Bicep for continuous integration and deployment is a good to have.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship or OPT candidates.
- Must accept a background check.
Pay
$60-70/hour
