Senior AI Enablement Program Manager
About the role
This role serves as a strategic learning leader responsible for driving the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled ways of working, while advancing Guardant Health University's (GHU) professional and leadership development portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution and continuous evolution of the enterprise AI enablement strategy for Learning & Development in partnership with executive leaders, technology, security, and business leaders.
Design scalable learning and adoption frameworks that support diverse employee populations (including programs for SMT and Executive audience) and evolving AI capabilities.
Establish repeatable processes, governance mechanisms, and operational models that enable sustainable AI skill development across the organization.
Identify emerging workforce capability needs and proactively develop enablement strategies that prepare employees for ongoing AI transformation.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders on AI adoption, workforce readiness, and organizational capability building.
Architect and oversee enterprise AI learning journeys, workshops, capability academies, office hours, and role-based enablement programs.
Ensure learning experiences are practical, engaging, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
Partner with subject matter experts, AI Champions, and business leaders to develop function-specific use cases and learning experiences.
Structure and lead AI Champions Network (Ongoing).
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging, and actionable content for diverse employee audiences.
Drive continuous improvement of learning programs through feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
Act as a partner to the business for the L&D team, advising leaders on development for their team, not exclusively in AI but across the portfolio.
Oversee the development and curation of learning resources, job aids, facilitator guides, toolkits, playbooks, prompt libraries, use cases, and digital content.
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of multiple concurrent AI enablement initiatives.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, stakeholder engagement strategies, and metrics collection.
Establish scalable program management practices, templates, reporting mechanisms, and operational processes to support enterprise growth.
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across workshops, learning programs, pilot initiatives, and adoption campaigns.
Proactively identify risks and barriers to adoption while implementing mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and achieve outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders across the organization.
Influence alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups with varying priorities and levels of AI maturity.
Facilitate executive discussions and strategic planning sessions related to AI enablement and workforce transformation.
Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations that clearly articulate progress, impact, opportunities, and risks.
Act as a connector across business functions to drive alignment, collaboration, and shared ownership of AI adoption goals.
Lead change management efforts that support the successful adoption of new learning initiatives, technologies, and ways of working.
Develop comprehensive communication and engagement strategies that drive awareness, participation, and sustained behavior change.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Ensure all enablement programs reinforce Guardant's policies, compliance requirements, and responsible AI principles.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, organizational enablement, digital transformation, change management, workforce capability development, or enterprise program management.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with executive visibility and organizational impact.
Experience building and scaling enterprise learning, or enablement initiatives across complex organizations.
Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable AI technologies.
Experience operating in rapidly evolving environments where ambiguity, innovation, and change are constant.
