About the role

A Senior Agile Specialist is needed to lead agile methodologies within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating agile projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of agile practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementing new processes based on feedback.
  • Ensure that all agile principles are adhered to and that team members are trained in agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in agile project management or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with agile coaching and mentoring.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
