Job Summary

As a Senior Agentic Software Engineer at Arrivia, you will architect systems, set technical direction, and drive engineering standards across teams. This position requires extensive experience in full-stack and architectural roles, with expertise in coding agents, cloud-native delivery, and advanced prompt engineering.

About the Role

The Senior Agentic Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of Arrivia's platform. You will design the company's agentic workflow strategy, standardize coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot across engineering, establish prompt libraries and best practices, and architect the MCP integration blueprint.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect systems to support the company's platform
  • Set technical direction and engineering standards across teams
  • Drive innovation while weighing risks and scalability at the platform level
  • Standardize coding agents across engineering teams
  • Architect MCP server ecosystems for secure, structured agent access
  • Bring judgment to every place agents touch the codebase
  • Shape how the entire engineering organization builds with agents

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-stack and architectural experience
  • Expert-level use of coding agents in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
  • Cloud-native delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills
  • Deep cloud-native architecture experience
  • Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
