Architect the platform: Architect, design, and develop features and services for our travel platform as a technical leader on a full-stack product team.

Drive agentic adoption: Standardize agentic coding tools across engineering teams, establishing best practices, prompt libraries, and workflows that amplify productivity org-wide.

Set the quality bar: Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability, setting the standard across teams.

Modernize at scale: Revitalize aging services through refactoring, migration, and cloud-native distributed design.

Strategize agentic workflows: Define patterns and platforms that automate testing, documentation, code-review triage, and deployment checks at scale.

Architect MCP integrations: Design Model Context Protocol integrations that connect AI agents to internal tools, data, and platform services across the development lifecycle.

Lead distributed systems: Lead improvements to development and operations of an increasingly distributed architecture across cloud platforms.

Protect member trust: Safeguard the privacy and security of members' sensitive data with our Risk and Security teams.

Increase velocity: Introduce processes that help us ship quicker, learn sooner, and isolate impact, and help establish and meet system SLOs.

Mentor across teams: Guide engineers on AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development and architectural experience building web applications and services.
• Expert proficiency using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in professional workflows.
• Strong proficiency in two or more of TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET.
• Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and experience architecting MCP server ecosystems.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prominent track record architecting and delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Track record of leading technical designs, mentoring engineers across teams, and raising engineering maturity.
