About the Team
Agent Product Managers are trusted by Fortune 500 C‑suite leaders to transform their entire customer experience. They define roadmaps, frameworks, and decision‑making models that make top‑down transformation feel safe to bet on. The role spans the full lifecycle—from the first pre‑sales conversation through ongoing account stewardship—creating reusable playbooks and intellectual property that elevate every subsequent deployment. This work involves deep customization, real judgment, and partnership at the highest level, distinct from standard implementation, account management, or customer success roles.
About the Role
This senior individual‑contributor role owns the successful delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for Decagon’s largest strategic customers. You will earn trust with the customer’s leadership team, scope solutions that solve their problems, and build the working AI agents. You are the direct owner for each account’s agents end‑to‑end, partnering with Strategic Account Directors, Agent Strategy Managers, and Forward‑Deployed Engineers to scale the agent in production and embed it into the customer’s core operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the technical win on Decagon’s largest strategic opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward‑Deployed Engineers to build working AI agents that convert sophisticated, skeptical buyers into signed customers.
- Serve as the executive partner to the C‑suite of Fortune 500 companies, defining and driving their AI transformation roadmap and maintaining the relationship from the first conversation through production and expansion.
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise‑grade AI agents in production, diving deep into each customer’s workflows, pain points, and goals.
- Turn frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and feed directly into Decagon’s product roadmap.
- Direct Forward‑Deployed Engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while staying accountable for outcomes.
- Run tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering, shaping the product based on front‑line learnings from demanding deployments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high‑stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives (e.g., engagement managers, project leaders, senior managers from top consulting firms, product managers, founders, or forward‑deployed/solutions roles at high‑growth tech companies).
- A builder’s instinct: a desire to design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose the problem.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape AI agent designs and hold technical conversations with both engineers and executives.
- Executive presence and a proven track record of becoming a trusted advisor to senior decision‑makers at large, complex organizations.
- Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you implement it.
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
- MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology (a plus).
- Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at the Fortune 500 level.
