Senior Agent - Customer Service
About the role

Responsibilities
- Help customers solve their problems every day
- Combine tech support know-how with problem-solving and customer service skills
- Learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production within the first month
- Multi-task and provide interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams)
- Treat customers to concierge-level care
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
- Work alongside senior co-workers who will share their knowledge
- Grow experience, skill, and understanding of other job roles
- Become an expert with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and get trained on a variety of different platforms
- Earn certifications including Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- 1+ years of support help desk knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer support knowledge
- Active listening and flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs

Pay and Salary Range
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $39,840to$67,440based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.
