Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to scale affiliate programs and onboard high-performing partners.
- Build and manage strong relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buyers.
- Set up and monitor campaigns to ensure performance, profitability, and compliance.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization techniques to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and tech teams for campaign assets and tracking setup.
- Negotiate payout models, terms, and promotional plans with affiliates.
Key Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, Everflow, Trackier).
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Experienced in managing and optimizing CPL, CPA, and CPS campaigns.
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of KPIs and optimization techniques.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
