Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
About the role
The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager role will help lead a scaling affiliate marketing channel. This role is ideal for a performance marketing leader who is passionate about financial services and who seeks to leverage their channel ownership experience to drive growth and optimizations in a scaling home equity business.
- Own the performance and day-to-day operations to grow Point’s affiliate marketing channel, driving sustainable growth against key performance targets.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to add growth and efficiency to a scaling portfolio.
- Led and execute individual partner account plans to optimize customer acquisition strategies and gain more share of voice within campaigns.
- Leverage market knowledge and data insights to shape reporting strategies and drive optimizations in segmentation, deal structures, and pricing within the existing portfolio.
- Develop and deliver data-driven channel insights to shape channel strategy and measure performance across the portfolio.
About you
- 8+ years of experience in financial services or platform technology marketing, ideally in an affiliate, partnerships, channel marketing, or transactional role, with a track record of progressive ownership over performance outcomes and channel-wide growth.
- MBA preferred.
- Deeply analytical and commercially sharp, with the ability to translate data into clear strategies that influence senior stakeholders across commercial, operational, and analytical dimensions.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to execute effectively in the face of ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to define objectives for external stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes aligned to business targets.
- Experienced in engaging, managing, and influencing cross-functional and external partners to deliver strategic outcomes, with superb relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing plans, resources, and people to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborative by nature, with a demonstrated ability to elevate collective performance and drive shared outcomes across teams.
- Expert in at least one partner management platform (e.g., Impact, Everflow).
- Deep understanding of the US housing finance market, with the ability to drive performance across seasonal and cyclical trends.
- Intellectually curious, highly accountable, and motivated by continuous growth.
Compensation
Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers:
- Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $152,000 - $168,000
- Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara | $149,150 - $164,850
- Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $137,750 - $152,250
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above.
Location Requirement
This is a remote position. However, candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
