Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition
About the Role
Our client, a leading global provider, is seeking a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join their team. This role will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple business groups and geographies, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for professional and specialized positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and targeted marketplace research
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate selection processes, negotiate offers, and manage candidates through their start date
- Ensure recruiting documentation, compliance, onboarding, and audit requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Analyze recruiting data and agency performance to improve quality of hire, cost per hire, and overall recruiting effectiveness
- Provide sourcing expertise, consultative guidance, and thought leadership to hiring leaders and recruiting teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and professional recruiting
- Expert-level sourcing skills, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Proven ability to recruit specialized, high-skilled, and difficult-to-attract talent
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills
- Experience partnering independently with hiring managers and business leaders
- Strong understanding of recruiting markets, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple position types, business groups, skill sets, and geographies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting complex, large-scale recruiting programs
- Experience with talent acquisition systems such as MyJobs or similar ATS platforms
- Experience developing employment advertising or talent attraction campaigns
- Experience supporting college recruiting, diversity initiatives, or affirmative action programs
- Experience analyzing agency performance and recruiting metrics
- Experience mentoring or training less experienced recruiting team members
- Experience developing innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting processes

Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour (final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location; complies with local wage minimums)
