Position Details
Candidates must be able to live and work in the greater Seattle area.
Occasional evening and weekend work is required to support donor meetings and special events.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 annually

Manage a portfolio of approximately 100-150 major donors and planned giving prospects, helping secure significant philanthropic investments that support Food Lifeline's mission across Western Washington.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100-150 major donors and planned giving prospects, helping secure significant philanthropic investments that support Food Lifeline's mission across Western Washington.
- Lead donor engagement strategies, steward lasting relationships, and inspire generosity that strengthens our community.
- Work collaboratively with an exceptional Development team to achieve fundraising goals.
Requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio of major donors and planned giving prospects.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate meaningful donor relationships.
- Ability to inspire generosity and make a measurable impact through philanthropy.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and donor stewardship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
