Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design solutions for IMU systems.
- Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IMU systems.
- Work closely with manufacturing to improve capability and producibility of our IMUs in support of growing demand.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers in the development and improvement of IMU systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IMU technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 7 or more years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the field of guidance and navigation.
- Strong knowledge of IMU technology and its applications.
- Experience with requirements management and product development across the product lifecycle.
- Experience in system-level testing and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
