Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator - Bloomington, MN

About the role

The role involves leading the rework area, delegating work in progress, prioritizing with the planning staff, and working with engineering to troubleshoot and correct defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems.
• Perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment.
• Build RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and solder ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.
• Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device.
• Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking.
