Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator
Basic Qualifications
A High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rework area by delegating work in progress and prioritizing tasks with the planning staff.
- Work with engineering to troubleshoot and correct defects in the rework area.
- Help develop technologies, products, and services that make a difference for our nation's heroes.
- Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems, build RF, multi-function cables and harnesses, and solder ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.
- Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device.
- Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking.
- Distinct communication and computer skills.
- Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications.

Pay
Target salary range: USD $31.14/Hr. - USD $33.40/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
