Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator

Believing every job should be done right the first time, the Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings.
- Follow advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
- Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems.
- Perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
- Perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer devices.
- Accurately complete process paperwork and enter data into the applicable work order management system.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.
- Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Pay
Target salary range: USD $27.83/Hr. - USD $29.85/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (e.g., geographic location). Actual pay may vary.
