About the role

The Senior Consultant in Adoption Services acts as a strategic partner to customers, guiding them in operationalizing AI-powered revenue workflows and maximizing platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify business needs and workflow gaps
• Serve as a trusted advisor with expertise in revenue operations and AI
• Develop strategic roadmaps, process maps, and governance frameworks
• Align Gong capabilities with customer goals
• Operationalize AI-driven processes across forecasting, coaching, and revenue execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
• Advise on change management and adoption strategies
• Manage engagement scope and risks
• Contribute to practice development and methodology refinement

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years in revenue operations, forecasting, pipeline management, or consulting
• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Deep understanding of revenue workflows
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
• Willingness to travel
• Bonus for experience with Gong or similar platforms
