Senior Admissions Counselor
About the role
Strategy Consultants (Admissions Counsellors) at Crimson Education are responsible for providing personalized admissions strategies to students. They collaborate with the Crimson team to develop long-term roadmaps and mentor students through the application process. This is a full-time position that can be based remotely or in one of our offices globally.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute individualized plans for students, working closely with the Crimson team
- Maintain expertise in high school curricula, extracurricular activities, summer programs, and standardized test planning to provide recommendations for admissions strategies
- Guide students and parents towards attainable school goals, assisting them in creating lists of best-fit schools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top 20 US university or Oxbridge (consideration may be given to those with admissions consulting backgrounds)
- Strong preference for experience with US/UK undergraduate admissions consulting
- Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
- Superior planning and organizational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting is preferred

Pay
$100K - $120K USD annually, depending on experience and location.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, with the option to work remotely or in one of our offices globally. Part-time candidates (25-30+ hours) with high-demand backgrounds are also considered.
