Senior Admissions Counselor
About the role
Strategy Consultants (Admissions Counsellors) at Crimson Education are responsible for providing personalized admissions strategies to students. They collaborate with the Crimson team to develop long-term roadmaps and mentor students through the application process. This is a full-time position that can be based remotely or in one of our offices globally.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute individualized plans for students, working closely with the Crimson team
- Maintain expertise in high school curricula, extracurricular activities, summer programs, and standardized test planning to offer informed recommendations
- Guide students and parents towards attainable school goals, selecting best-fit schools of varying competition to maximize acceptance chances
- Maintain regular communication with students and families through various channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top 20 US university or Oxbridge (consideration for undergraduate admissions consulting backgrounds)
- Strong preference for experience with US/UK admissions consulting for undergraduate programs at top universities
- Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
- Superior planning and organizational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred

Pay
$100K - $120K USD annually, depending on experience and location.
