Senior Administrator I, Project Management

About the Role

This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can juggle multiple projects, and enjoys helping teams stay on track and succeed.

  • Monitor and support multiple parallel projects, coordinating resources across departments to meet timelines and project goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and guiding them on project scope.
  • Plan project timelines, milestones, and schedules in collaboration with Operations teams.
  • Conduct kick-off meetings, maintain clear communication channels, and document progress through reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, scheduling, budget, or resourcing challenges, collaborating with QA, IT, facilities, and other support units.
  • Assist with onboarding project personnel and ensuring compliance with regulatory and QPS quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by conducting project post-mortems and identifying lessons learned.

Work Location

This job will be 100% QPS-office/facility based.

  • You have experience managing projects in a regulated laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, or technology environment.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience or Associate’s Degree + 4 years relevant experience or High School/GED + 6 years relevant experience
  • Experience in regulated industry laboratories preferred
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on understanding of biological or pharmaceutical analytical methods is a plus
