About The Role Provide administration support across Supply Chain Management to ensure the efficient execution of the supply chain including documentation, record keeping, cold room management, temperature mapping and billings What You Will Deliver Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resourcesPerform daily checking and monitoring of SAP transactions on inbound, issuance and inbound, and dispatch of goodsInitiate report on all problems i.e. quality incidents on material, property damages and any deviations noted in day-to-day operationsFile properly and maintain necessary documents; report non-compliance to standard operating procedures and standards (i.e. GMP, HACCP, IPM, GWP, SHE)Coordinate all the necessary equipment and calibration data for temperature mapping exerciseCheck cold room parameters such as temperature logger, humidity, defrosting etc. during transport and storage and report any issues arisingPrepare billings/invoices (including credit/debit memos, claims) and necessary supporting documents for processingCoordinate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, QSHE and Finance) to gather and verify information What You Bring Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fieldsDemonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain managementMinimum one to two years' experience in similar roleDemonstrate working knowledge on safety, health and environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) systemsDemonstrate basic knowledge in process and cost optimizationProven numeracy and quantitative analysisDemonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Why Join DKSH
