The Defense team in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for site leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Process expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and approvals.
- Organize onsite and virtual meetings, leadership reviews, customer visits, and team events.
- Prepare meeting spaces, technology setups, and visitor logistics.
- Maintain office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, petty cash, and the snack/drink area.
- Create and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a key coordination point for leadership activities.
- Handle sensitive information.
- Support employee engagement activities and help foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with employees, leaders, and external partners.

Pay
Salt Lake City, UT: $30.00–$40.00 Hourly
Schedule
Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT
- 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
- Formal schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm; every other Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
