Responsibilities
- Cooking and supporting services which allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as payroll, information and data processing, telecommunications management, and security, among other things.
- Implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service.
- Cooking and coordinating the work, meetings, and people within the physical workplace.
- Planning internal and external engagements, including meetings, conferences, and events.
- Aiding in the development of briefing material and drafting documents in accordance with Navy Correspondence Manual guidelines.
- Cooking and executing data calls to gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Consolidating and communicating information from data calls to government leadership for further action.
- Evaluating operational deficiencies, recommending improvements, and cooking their implementation.
- Transcribing and summarizing meeting minutes and notes and aiding in the preparation and closure of action items.
- Aiding in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customer, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodations.
- Attending meetings and program reviews, assisting with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required.
- Traveling domestically and internationally, providing in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtaining and maintaining professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients.
Qualifications
- Having at least 10 years of experience providing administrative management support to U.S. Navy program offices.
- Having proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Having excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Having strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Having the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients.

Schedule
