Responsibilities
- Documentation Process: license applications and renewals, maintain Risk Management Education credits and track attendance for Quality Assurance and Planning clinic meetings, maintain documentation to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and board certifications, create agendas, attend program meetings, prepare information for review and dissemination, follow up with meeting attendees to ensure completion of action items, prepare minutes for meetings, conferences, and program activities, update faculty CVs, biosketches, and other support documents monthly
- Calendar Management: maintain faculty and staff time off requests and clinic coverage through Kronos and Outlook, proactively manage faculty Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, classes, symposiums, and conferences, schedule seminars and workshops, coordinate institutional events, facilitate meetings as requested
- Department Operations Support: complete projects assigned by the supervisor, attend and complete required educational courses, assist Operations Managers with faculty recruiting, credentialing, and other faculty actions, mentor new support staff during their initial six months, update the faculty and department website quarterly
- Finance & Travel: coordinate financial and service arrangements, post and track PRS fiscal expenditures and reconcile monthly, monitor expenses to ensure cost centers remain within budget, process reimbursements and travel per funding source policy, schedule faculty travel and visitor or candidate recruitment travel
- Business Development: assist with policy creation, training, research, and business management related to program coordination, perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Preferred: Associate's Degree, Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 5 years Administrative/secretarial experience, or Preferred: 3 years Required experience with Associate's degree, or Preferred: 1 year Required experience with Bachelor's degree, Preferred: Experience working with Biosketches and other supporting documentations

- Skills: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources
