Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The Carrier Fleet Reactor Performance subdivision is looking for a senior administrative assistant. Responsibilities include performing clerical and administrative duties to support the subdivision and broader Fleet Reactor Engineering department. The work involves the use of various computer programs and evaluating and assimilating information for accuracy and agreement with local standards and procedures. The work also entails applying administrative skills and knowledge of policies, practices and procedures to enhance organization effectiveness.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- An associates degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Concur to coordinate travel and prepare expense reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Extensive administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to track and coordinate multiple deliverables
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills

Pay Range
$52,300.00 - $78,500.00 annually
