Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bank
  • Schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the region
  • Perform duties such as maintaining Salesforce data, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, ordering supplies, and working on special projects
  • Assemble highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Create and develop agendas and visual presentations for the team
  • Sort and distribute mail, draft written response or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary
  • Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong math and problem solving skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records
  • Good phone voice with professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Operate standard office equipment, such as, computer work stations, typewriters, calculators, and copier
  • Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services offered at the bank

Education And/or Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • An associate’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years of related experience

Computer And Software Skills

  • Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including advanced Microsoft Office
  • Bankway
  • Salesforce
  • Google Mail
