Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bank
- Schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the region
- Perform duties such as maintaining Salesforce data, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, ordering supplies, and working on special projects
- Assemble highly confidential and sensitive information
- Create and develop agendas and visual presentations for the team
- Sort and distribute mail, draft written response or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary
- Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR
- Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary
- Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong math and problem solving skills
- Maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records
- Good phone voice with professional and well-groomed appearance
- Operate standard office equipment, such as, computer work stations, typewriters, calculators, and copier
- Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services offered at the bank
Education And/or Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate’s degree a plus
- 5+ years of related experience
Computer And Software Skills
- Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including advanced Microsoft Office
- Bankway
