The Company is a leading Acumatica partner delivering successful ERP implementations for clients across the construction sector. They are looking for a Senior Acumatica Construction Consultant to join their growing team and play a key role in leading these implementations from end to end.

Role And Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations for construction clients.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into effective ERP solutions.
• Configuring Acumatica Construction Edition, including project accounting, job costing, payroll, retainage, compliance, and subcontract management.
• Facilitating workshops and providing trusted advisory services to stakeholders.
• Delivering user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborating with technical consultants and developers on solution design and customisations.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to best practices across the consulting team.

Job requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Acumatica consulting experience.
• Strong experience implementing Acumatica Construction Edition or delivering ERP solutions within construction, contractors, engineering, or specialist trades.
• Deep understanding of construction business processes, including:
• Project Accounting
• Job Costing
• Project Management
• Change Orders
• Retainage
• Progress Billing
• Compliance & Subcontract Management
• Excellent client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong workshop facilitation, business analysis, and solution design experience.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Acumatica certifications are highly desirable.
