Senior Actuarial Analyst or Actuary

Responsibilities

• Initial focus on personal lines homeowners ratemaking, including rate indications, strategic pricing recommendations, rate filings, regulatory support, and overall pricing strategy across multiple states.
• Wear many hats, own projects from start to finish, and play a critical role in shaping profitability and growth.
• Help lead the company's expansion of commercial lines pricing and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Commercial Lines Pricing experience required
• Personal Lines Homeowners pricing experience strongly preferred
• ACAS or near ACAS
• 4+ years of hands-on pricing experience
• Proven ability to build pricing tools, models, and processes from the ground up
• Strong technical skills with SQL, R, Python, VBA, ISO, or similar tools preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and hit the ground running

Pay

$120-180k base plus bonus (DOE)
