Responsibilities

• Evaluate market trends and assess potential acquisition targets
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies that enhance business value
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions
• Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management
• Manage integration processes post-acquisition
• Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in acquisition analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Experience with M&A processes and regulatory compliance
